What you might not know if you are new to vintage drums is that manufactureres did not keep accurate records and inventory control was not part of the daily operations of drum making.

The original purple within the pattern has faded to a white, common among Mod Orange. Here is a nicely aged original White Marine Pearl drum set. A great vintage Ludwig 4pc kit sporting the popular blue sparkle.
